We recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance for peak season (October–April) and 1-2 months for off-season. However, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability.
Absolutely! Every tour on our site is a starting point. You can add or remove days, change destinations, adjust the pace, upgrade hotels, or add special experiences. Just tell us your preferences and we'll redesign it.
It starts with a brief conversation or our online form. You tell us your interests, dates, group size, and budget. Within 48 hours, we send you a detailed itinerary proposal. We refine it together until it's perfect, then you confirm and we handle the rest.
We primarily design private, tailor-made journeys. However, we also organize group tours for churches, organizations, and special interest groups. Contact us for group pricing and arrangements.
For a first visit to Egypt, we recommend 9-11 days to comfortably cover Cairo, the Nile, and either the Red Sea or Sinai. For a focused experience, 5-7 days works well. We also design extended 12+ day journeys for deeper exploration.
Most nationalities can obtain a visa on arrival at Egyptian airports or through the Egypt e-Visa portal. We provide full visa guidance and our team assists you at the airport upon arrival.
Yes, Egypt's major tourist areas — Cairo, Luxor, Aswan, Hurghada, and Sharm el-Sheikh — are very safe and well-monitored. Tourism is a vital part of Egypt's economy, and tourist police are present at all major sites.
October to April offers the most comfortable weather (20-30°C). Summer (May-September) is hot but less crowded and often more affordable. We help you plan around weather and crowds based on your preferences.

Yes, we require a 30% deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival date.
Cancellations more than 60 days before departure receive a full refund minus a small admin fee. 30-60 days: 50% refund. Under 30 days: no refund. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
We accept bank transfers, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and PayPal. Payment details are provided upon booking confirmation.
